The Sponsor a Student Scholarship Program, which was established in 2018, aims to honor outstanding students for their academic achievements and leadership skills. The program connects benefactors with a student, who will provide regular updates on his or her academic progress, school activities, projects and classroom experiences. Personal meetings between the sponsor and the student are highly encouraged and an Appreciation Reception is typically held to recognize both contributors, the students and their families.

Investment opportunities for this program range from $10,000 for a full sponsorship to $2,500 for a quarter sponsorship. All funds are directly applied to the instructional costs of the sponsored student while enrolled at NativityMiguel of Scranton. Benefactors can choose to make a one-time annual contribution or make a multi-year commitment during the student’s tenure at the school. EITC and OSTC tax credit contributions can also be used for the Sponsor a Student program!

Students selected for this program are among the most accomplished at the school and are proud to receive this recognition. Your investment in the Sponsor a Student Scholarship Program can make a significant impact on the lives of these exceptional students and contribute to their future success.
